Drywall...

So, for the past week or so, the drywall hangers have been hard at work.  They are all done and painting is starting tomorrow!

The utilities are also being trenched and the rough grade should be done this week!

Siding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And insulation

Last week was extremely exciting!  The siding was put on and the entire house was insulated.

Concrete

So, over the past few days, a lot of things have wrapped up.  The electrician has everything roughed in and the plumber should be done with his first phase of everything tomorrow.

Alien Ant Farm

Today, and the past few days, have seen multiple contractors working at the same time.  We have had the HVAC contractor, plumber, electrician and roofers in the past few days.

The roofers completed most of the first tier of the roof.  I assume they'll finish up tomorrow as there is a lot less ground for them to cover tomorrow.

Framing Day 5

Today, all the windows and exterior doors were placed with the exception of the sliding doors in the kitchen.  I love it!  It also looks as if everything is ready for shingles.  Take a look!

We also got our Guaranteed Completion Certificate today!  At the very latest, we'll be in by July 15!

The front door in this picture is actually wrong.   This should be the basement door.  The front door is solid and is currently on the basement.

Framing Days 3&4

It's been a busy week so, thanks for your patience!  On day three, they roughed out the interior second floor and add trusses...

Day 2

On day two, we had a few rough thunderstorms but they still got a lot done!  They finished up the first floor and began work on the second!
